How to cook taco bell grilled cheese burrito?

We are going to be making the Taco bell grilled cheese burrito. This is actually a new item I think it’s like a few months old. I saw it when it was first released and I didn’t see many people ordering or making videos about taco bell burrito. I tried cooking it and that was a perfect experience to cook taco bell grilled cheese burrito at home. It’s going to be a pretty good recipe to cook at home. Usually, fast food remakes do well, I enjoy them because I get the cleaner version of it at home. Let’s get into it!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon onion powder
  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon and tomato paste 1 teaspoon (mixed)

Now you will mix all the spices together except garlic and tomato paste to make your Taco seasoning and then we’re gonna use some for the rice and some for the ground beef. You will not use 50-50 of mixture for ground and rice but I will mention the ratio in the article.

Take 80 20 ground beef or if you want lower fat content you can go with 90 10 just to save a little bit on the calories but this probably wouldn’t be making a Taco Bell burrito. There will be a difference in taste for different kinds of beef so, the choice is yours. You can also add some crunch by adding Frito lays spicy flaming hot. You can go with some bell peppers, low-fat sour cream, and low-fat cheese also. I used Basmati rice and I do recommend you to follow the same if you don’t want to compromise on taste.

Cooking:

  1. Put your grill pan on fire and start with adding butter cube and let it melt.
  2. Now add garlic and tomato paste in melted butter. And now once you’ve cooked out that really strong edginess of tomato garlic paste add two tablespoons of mixed spices and mix it well.
  3. Add one cup of rice to it keep mixing and add 250ml of water. Water is very important for rice to make it softer. After adding water cover the pan and let it cook until water is gone. Remember, make sure to mix every 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now you’ll see the beautiful rice. Butter adds a nice little texture and creaminess to the recipe along with the garlic and tomato paste. Now add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to it and mix well to make it a little sour and brighten everything up.
  5. Add vegetable oil to a different pan and make it hot a little bit then add beef in it and grind it with a spoon. Add two tablespoons of spices to beef and start mixing it until it looks dark.
  6. Take an eight-inch tortilla and toss on in the center a little bit of that rice don’t go too crazy just so it doesn’t burst. Now the main item, add the same quantity of ground beef on the tortilla.
  7. Now add two tablespoons of each nacho cheese and chipotle sauce on the ground beef. You can add low-fat cream also to keep Taco Burrito healthy and family-friendly.
  8. Add some quantity of Frito lays flaming hot on it to make your Taco spicy.
  9. Pinch insides and role it. Put 1 cup shredded cheese in the pan turn on fire for 3-4 minutes and then place your Burrito roll on the melted cheese to make it crispy. Make sure to cover the whole surface of your Burrito with melted cheese.
  10. Finally, put your Taco bell grilled cheese Burrito on a plate, cut it into two pieces, Say BISMAILLA, and enjoy your food.
